Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x9 baking tin with parchment.
- Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until a thick batter forms. Remove the blade and stir in the chocolate chips, leaving a few extra to sprinkle on top.
- Pour the batter into the tin and spread into an even layer and top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and slightly crackled looking.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully remove by lifting with the edges of the parchment and let cool until on a wire rack until just warm before slicing into 9 squares. Serve warm and enjoy!
