Healthy 4-Ingredient Mango Sorbet

If frozen fruity desserts are your favourite summer treat then you’re going to love this easy 4-Ingredient Mango Sorbet! Whether you freeze your own fresh ripe mango or use store bought, this sweet and refreshing treat comes together in 5 minutes, so you can get back to soaking up some sunshine.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 heaping cups frozen mango
  • ¼ cup maple syrup/agave/date syrup
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • juice of 1 lime

Equipment

  • 1 food processor or high-speed blender

Method
 

  1. All add ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the edges once or twice.
  2. Enjoy right away as a soft-serve texture or pour into a loaf tin and freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a more solid, scoopable frozen texture. YUM!
