Lazy Double Blueberry Pie

Take advantage of summer blueberry season and make this 100% fuss-free Lazy Double Blueberry Pie! Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen pie crust (vegan and gluten-free if desired)
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 10 oz. jar of blueberry jam
  • ΒΌ tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Following package or recipe directions, pre-bake your frozen pie shell and let cool.
  2. In a microwaveable bowl, combine blueberry jam and cinnamon and microwave on high until liquified and runny.
  3. Mix in the blueberries until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours and serve with vanilla nondairy ice cream. ENJOY!
